2. Officer and Duty
Organization Chart
President Group
  • Consists of 1 president, 1 next term president and 13 vice presidents
  • President represents the institute and generalizes all business
  • Next term president will be in charge of general affairs, finance, and educational-industrial, planning and education, science and business, and assists president
General Meeting
  • Consists of all regular members as top resolution organization, and divides into fall ordinary general meeting and spring extraordinary general meeting
  • General meeting shall be opened with attendance of more than 1/10 of regaler members. General meeting considers and resolvers officer approval, amendment of articles of incorporation, approval of business plan, budget, settlement of accounts approval, other important matters
Council
  • Consists of former president and branch manager, within 100 person of councilors elected directly and 50 persons of councilors selected indirectly, and shall have meeting per quarter
  • Considers and resolves matters authorized by general meeting such as officer selection, amendment of articles of incorporation, consent etc
Board of Directors
  • Consists of person less than 42 persons including president group
  • Considers and resolves various kinds of institute?s matters, and matters authorized from councilor
Committees
  • Including compilation committee under direct control of vice president, committee consists of research meeting per special field, member qualification exam. committee, election management committee and advisatory committee
  • In charge of matters such as institute?s planning, technical advice, election, member qualification, member qualification, educational-industrial cooperation, education, Institute?s journal and papers collection compilation, domestic science and international science
